Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for all community maintenance operations, staff supervision, and vendor coordination. You will manage service requests, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance while partnering with the Community Manager to ensure high resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, and preferably HVAC knowledge. This role requires daily onsite presence and readiness for emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA and CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community, including work orders and preventative tasks.
• Direct and train maintenance staff; ensure safety and OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with the Community Manager on staff and vendor activities.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas for hazards and repairs.
• Manage inventory and budgeting for maintenance supplies.
• Maintain records of service requests, make-readies, and inspections.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and respond to resident requests.
• Plan resource use, obtain bids, and supervise contractors for repairs.
