Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination. You will work alongside the Community Manager to supervise staff, ensure safety standards, and deliver excellent customer service to residents.

The role requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, and knowledge of OSHA/Fair Housing rules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure all repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend property life and reduce future repairs.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors under the Community Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage resident relations.
• Enforce community policies and ensure timely work order completion.
