Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all community maintenance operations, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance. You will supervise staff, coordinate vendors, and ensure high standards across units and common areas.

Qualifying candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. The role emphasizes safety, cost control, and responsive resident service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for the community, including service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and common areas daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain inventory and adhere to budget guidelines set by the Community Manager.
• Lead maintenance staff, provide training, and monitor performance.
