Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across a community, ensuring service requests are completed efficiently and safely. The role partners with the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors, balancing quality with budget compliance.

The position requires EPA/CPO certification (HVAC a plus), basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards. This is a full-time on-site role with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff under Community Manager guidance.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for hazards.
• Order maintenance supplies and manage inventory within budget.
• Plan preventative maintenance to extend asset life and reduce future repairs.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Ensure excellent customer and resident relations and timely response to requests.
