Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations, supervise staff, and ensure safety across our communities. You will coordinate requests, manage work orders, and uphold EPA/OSHA standards while supervising vendors and on-site teams.

The role requires a high school diploma, EPA/CPO certification, and HVAC knowledge, with baseline computer skills and on-site software proficiency essential for daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA and CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Ability to operate on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance management and staff supervision.
• Coordinate requests and manage work orders.
• Inspect and maintain common areas and units for safety.
• Plan preventative maintenance and budget compliance.
• Maintain safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Participate in on-call emergencies.
• Document EPA/OSHA standards and make-ready status.
