Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations for its communities across the country. You will handle service requests, preventative maintenance, and supervise staff while coordinating with the Community Manager.

The role requires onsite attendance, safety compliance, and strong vendor management. Applicants should have a high school diploma, EPA/CPO certification preferred, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance management and service requests.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Schedule, supervise, and train maintenance staff.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage inventory.
• Conduct unit inspections and maintain records.
