Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance operations across our communities. You will manage staff, respond to service requests, and coordinate vendor activities to ensure safety and quality.

Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, EPA & CPO certification, HVAC knowledge, and ability to use on-site software. The role requires on-site work, flexibility for on-call emergencies, and adherence to OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Regular on-site attendance and prompt response to requests and work orders.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements in common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities daily for safety and liability concerns.
• Manage maintenance inventory and budget adherence.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and safety standards (OSHA).
• Supervise training and performance of maintenance staff.
