Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations of the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, personnel management, and safety standards. The role works alongside the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors, ensuring quality and timely make-ready work.

On-site attendance is required; the candidate will manage budgets, safety programs, and resident service while promoting a collaborative and efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management and supervision of maintenance staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings and community features daily for safety and quality.
• Manage maintenance supplies and inventory within budget guidelines.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Promote safe work practices and OSHA compliance.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and coordinate with the Community Manager.
