Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage all maintenance operations at the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and safety compliance. You will work with the Community Manager to supervise staff and vendors and ensure timely, quality work.

The role requires daily on-site attendance, strong planning, and customer service, with on-call responsibilities and adherence to EPA/OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management of the community and service requests.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and facilities daily for safety and compliance.
• Supervise maintenance staff and vendors under Community Manager guidance.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA guidelines are followed; maintain records and inventories.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and plan resource use for maintenance tasks.
