Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to manage day-to-day maintenance operations across the community, oversee staff and vendors, and ensure timely work orders and safety compliance. Strong leadership and customer-service focus are essential to sustain resident satisfaction while managing inventory, budgets, and preventive maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units are completed.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and features to identify hazards and address issues.
• Manage maintenance supplies inventory within budget and plan a preventive program.
• Supervise maintenance staff; train and schedule activities under the Community Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive resident relations.
• On-call emergencies at the community and adherence to safety standards.
