Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance and make-ready operations across our properties. You will assist with regular grounds upkeep, building and common area maintenance, and respond to resident and management requests in a timely manner.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. This is a safety-sensitive, on-site position with potential on-call responsibilities and a team-oriented

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance, make-ready, and routine tasks as directed.
• Perform grounds and common area maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders promptly.
• Support safety and OSHA compliance across property operations.
• Assist in on-call emergencies and property maintenance duties.
