Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintenance operations at a property. The role covers maintaining grounds, buildings, and common areas, responding to work orders, and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety and housing regulations. On-site work with potential on-call emergency duties at the community will be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance processes (corrective, preventative, routine, cosmetic).
• Assist in the make-ready process to align with property objectives.
• Perform tasks in community common areas, buildings, and units as directed.
• Respond to resident/management requests and complete work orders promptly.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to OSHA guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency duties at the community.
