Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support property maintenance across our communities. The role involves daily on-site duties, grounds and building upkeep, and prompt responses to resident and management requests. You will help execute preventive maintenance and assist in coordinating make-ready work under supervision.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of safety guidelines, with a focus on reliable, courteous service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and upkeep of grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas.
• Regular/daily on-site attendance is required.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Ensure repairs and replacements are completed timely to maintain property standards.
• Assist in maintaining a preventative maintenance program to extend community life.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
