Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations at our communities. The role covers routine and preventative maintenance, essential cleaning, trash removal, and general upkeep of both interior and exterior spaces.

You will work under supervision, ensure safety, and assist in responding to resident requests and management work orders. Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and an understanding of on-site software functions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and daily on-site attendance required.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Inspect and address hazards or maintenance needs to ensure safety.
• Assist in preventive maintenance activities and follow safety guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
