Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance on inside and exterior buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will respond to service requests within 24–48 hours, manage make-ready tasks for vacant units, and keep common areas in top condition.

The role requires basic tools experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. On-site work, safety compliance, and teamwork are essential parts of daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I & II or Universal for refrigerant recycling required by state jurisdictions.
• Current valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing via make-ready inspections and punch lists.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning and painting as needed.
• Attends safety meetings; completes OSHA-related training and complies with safety policies.
• Documents work performed to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
