Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the interior and exterior of the property, including buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas, ensuring safety and cleanliness. The role requires diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and completing work orders to uphold the company standards.

You will handle make-ready tasks, coordinate with vendors, and contribute to routine maintenance while adhering to safety and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with hand and power tools used in maintenance.
• EPA certifications Type I/II or Universal for refrigerants and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders within 24–48 hours and performs routine upkeep.
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing, including inspections and punch lists.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, and assists with safety compliance.
• Documents work and coordinates with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Upholds company safety policies and participates in safety meetings.
