Job summary

Gallery Residential seeks a Service Technician to maintain and repair buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and ensure safety and quality in accordance with company standards.

The role requires hand and power tool proficiency, EPA certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends. A high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal are required/preferred depending on site.
• Reliable, able to use hand/power tools safely.
• Driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders within 24–48 hours.
• Performs maintenance and routine upkeep of property and common areas.
• Assists in make-ready process for vacant apartments and move-ins.
• Inspections of property and coordination with vendors/contractors.
• Adheres to safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Interacts professionally with residents and colleagues.
