Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical maintenance, addressing issues in buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas to meet company standards. You will handle make-ready tasks, basic repairs, and routine upkeep while providing courteous resident service.

The role requires use of tools and equipment, adherence to safety policies, and flexibility to work various hours. High school diploma or GED preferred; EPA certifications may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Demonstrated customer service and resident interaction skills.
• Ability to read and follow maintenance manuals and policies.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant apartments and ensure readiness for leasing.
• Inspect and repair building facilities, grounds, and amenities per safety standards.
• Monitor and restock maintenance supplies; notify supervisor of re-orders.
• Document work performed accurately for records and tracking.
• Assist in basic preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Adhere to OSHA and company safety policies in all tasks.
