Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance across buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will diagnose issues, complete work orders within 24–48 hours, and ensure safety standards.

You will handle make-ready tasks, inspect systems, coordinate with vendors, and support cost-control by fixing rather than replacing parts. A high school diploma or GED and EPA certifications are preferred.

Qualifications
