Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintenance of our properties in California. You will perform routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance tasks under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include daily on-site maintenance, responding to work orders, and upholding safety standards. The role requires basic computer skills, high school diploma, and knowledge of OSHA/Fair Housing regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance shop and work areas.
