Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations at a West Valley City, UT property. You will assist in completing corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, and participate in on-call emergencies as needed.

The role requires on-site work, a high school diploma, and ability to use basic on-site software. OSHA and Fair Housing knowledge are essential for daily tasks and resident safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Must understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform community maintenance tasks and assist in make-ready processes.
• Maintain regular on-site attendance and access common areas as required.
• Clean, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Ensure repairs and replacements are completed in a timely manner; inspect for hazards daily.
