Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in carrying out maintenance processes at the property, under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Regular onsite attendance and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Responsibilities include cleaning, grounds and common areas upkeep, responding to work orders, following safety guidelines, and participating in on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and upkeep of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and safety compliance.
