Job summary

Asset Living in Midvale, UT is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations across our community. You will perform routine, preventative, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Daily responsibilities include groundskeeping, cleaning, responding to resident work orders, assisting with make-ready tasks, and upholding safety standards according to OSHA and Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of the property and make-ready tasks.
• Perform community maintenance and grounds keeping daily.
• Respond to resident and management requests promptly.
• Maintain safety and comply with OSHA guidelines.
• Assist in unit inspections and report violations.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
