Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintenance operations across our communities. The role supports corrective, preventative, and cosmetic tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Daily duties include on-site upkeep and responding to work orders with a focus on safety and efficiency. We offer benefits such as medical/dental/vision, a 401K with employer matching, paid holidays and sick days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily maintenance of grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Support preventive maintenance programs to extend asset life.
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety standards.
• Participate in on-call emergencies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and reflect a positive image of Asset Living.
