Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter in Davis, CA to assist in maintenance of the community, perform make-ready tasks, and support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA safety rules. You will respond to work orders, maintain grounds, and uphold safety guidelines while supporting residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic knowledge of on-site software functions is required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Perform daily grounds, make-ready tasks, and general maintenance of common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety practices and ensure compliance with OSHA guidelines.
• Keep accurate logs and assist in the preventative maintenance program.
