Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance and upkeep of the property. This role involves carrying out routine, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring a clean and safe environment across grounds, buildings, and common areas.

You will respond to resident requests, assist in keeping the property in excellent condition, and participate in on-call emergencies as needed. Strong basic computer skills and knowledge of safety regulations are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes (corrective, preventative, routine, cosmetic).
• Maintain grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and ensure safety compliance.
