Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations at our communities. The role involves routine and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, and ensuring timely completion of work orders while upholding safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or Equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of relevant housing and OSHA policies. On-site work with opportunities to contribute to a well-maintained, welcoming community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance tasks and routine duties as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Perform on-site maintenance for grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas in a timely manner.
• Respond to resident and management requests and work orders.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and safety programs.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Support customer and resident relations to maintain a positive image of the community.

Education
