Job summary

KNAPP is seeking a Site Maintenance Manager to lead on-site maintenance programs for automated storage and retrieval systems and storage/picking equipment at our customer sites. You will build a safe, performance-driven team, manage budgets, and partner with the Resident Business Manager to deliver reliable service, uphold safety, and strengthen customer relationships.

This role requires strong leadership in preventive maintenance and continuous improvement in a fast-paced automation

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Experience leading on-site maintenance teams
• Knowledge of automated storage and retrieval systems
• Strong safety and compliance focus

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance programs and SLA delivery
• Manage site budgets and commercial activities
• Develop, coach and mentor site staff
• Ensure health and safety and regulatory compliance
• Build strong customer relationships at client sites
