KNAPP Inc. seeks a Site Maintenance Manager to lead the on-site maintenance team at a customer location in McCordsville, IN.

You will supervise maintenance programs for automated storage and retrieval systems and ensure safety, quality, and timely service while fostering a strong customer relationship. Responsibilities include budget development, team development, and coordinating with the Resident Business Manager to deliver reliable, high-quality support with a focus on continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Passport or ability to obtain passport.
• Willingness to work weekends and/or overtime as required.
• Professional office etiquette.
• Physical requirements may include lifting up to 100 pounds and long periods of standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the site maintenance team.
• Oversee maintenance programs for automated storage and retrieval systems at customer sites.
• Develop and manage site budgets and costs.
