Job summary

KNAPP Lancaster, TX is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead maintenance for automated storage and retrieval systems at client locations. You will supervise on-site teams, manage budgets, ensure safety, and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on SLA delivery.

You will report to the Director RBS Operations and drive operational excellence, process improvements, and high customer satisfaction while aligning with KNAPP’s standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Passport or ability to obtain passport.
• Ability to work weekends and/or overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and guidance to the Resident Site Engineering Manager and team.
• Oversee site operations to ensure high performance of automated storage and retrieval systems.
• Develop and manage on-site maintenance budgets and cost projections.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure safety culture and compliance with health, safety policies and SOPs.
• Lead, mentor and develop on-site staff to improve team capabilities and SLA delivery.
• Coordinate with customers and management to present monthly summaries of commercial and technical activities.
