Job summary

KNAPP is seeking a Site Operations Manager in the United States to lead maintenance teams for automated storage and retrieval systems at customer sites. You will be the customer-facing voice, manage budgets, and ensure safety and service levels are met while driving continuous improvements.

You will oversee on-site supervision, training, and the deployment of maintenance programs, build strong customer relationships, and report on commercial and technical activities.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• Passport or ability to obtain passport is required.
• Willingness to work weekends/overtime as required.
• Professional office etiquette is expected at all times.
• Occasional travel is required.
• Physical requirements may include heavy lifting and movement.

Responsibilities

• Be the customer-facing voice; manage communication between the Customer, your team, and the Director RBS Operations.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and cost projections.
• Lead on-site maintenance programs supervisor team and ensure SLA delivery.
• Build and maintain customer relationships at customer sites.
• Oversee training, safety policies, and compliance with SOPs.
• Provide monthly reports covering commercial and technical activities.
