Job summary

KNAPP North America is seeking a Site Operations Manager to lead on-site maintenance, safety, and performance of automated storage and retrieval systems for our customers. You will manage budgets, build strong customer relationships, and guide a on-site leadership team through daily operations and continuous improvement.

You will also oversee training, safety compliance, and coordination with KNAPP’s supplier network to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Passport or ability to obtain passport
• Willingness to travel occasionally
• Weekend/overtime availability
• Professional office etiquette

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance programs for automated storage and retrieval systems
• Develop and manage site budgets and SLA commitments
• Build and maintain customer relationships at client sites
• Mentor and develop on-site staff
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and risk assessments
• Provide monthly reports on commercial and technical activities
• Drive continuous improvement and optimize resource use
