Job summary

KNAPP is seeking a Site Operations Manager to be the customer-facing voice for our KNAPP Inc. team at client locations.

You will oversee on-site maintenance programs for automated storage and retrieval systems, manage budgets, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver high-quality service and safety compliance. You will build strong customer relationships, drive continuous improvement, and ensure execution of preventive/predictive maintenance in alignment with SOPs and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Passport or ability to obtain passport
• Work on weekends and/or overtime as required
• Professional office etiquette is required at all times
• Occasional travel required
• Physical requirements may include: sitting, squatting, walking, reaching out to arm’s length, reaching over-head, lifting between 50-100 pounds, and reading

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to provide first-class maintenance for automated storage and retrieval systems at customer locations.
• Oversee on-site maintenance programs, safety compliance and SLA delivery to customers.
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and cost projections.
• Provide on-site leadership and ensure effective customer relationship management and timely escalation when needed.
