Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to assist in maintaining the property across routine, preventive, and cosmetic tasks. You will handle cleaning, grounds upkeep, and respond to work orders under supervision.

Role requires on-site presence, basic computer skills, and familiarity with safety policies. You will participate in on-call emergencies and support the maintenance team to meet community objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of the property across corrective, preventive, and cosmetic tasks.
• Handle cleaning, trash removal, and grounds maintenance.
• Respond to resident requests and service orders promptly.
• Inspect and report hazardous conditions daily.
• Maintain safety and organize maintenance shop.
• Support on-call emergency coverage.
• Provide excellent customer service and resident relations.
