Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to help maintain our community properties across the United States. The role focuses on carrying out maintenance tasks, routine and cosmetic work under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will be involved in grounds and building upkeep, respond to service requests, and support safety programs. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with on-call emergencies possible.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to operate on-site software.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• On-site safety awareness and ability to work in a maintenance environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks on grounds, buildings, and common areas.
• Respond to work orders and resident requests promptly.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager as needed.
