You will use HotSoS, Opera and Micros to log requests, describe menu items vividly, and relay orders to the kitchen, ensuring accuracy and timely service.

Qualifications

• High School or college preferred.
• Experience in Communications or similar position preferred.

Responsabilités

• Answer and direct phone calls, chats, and requests efficiently and courteously.
• Log and track requests using HotSoS, Opera, Micros or similar systems.
• Describe in-room dining menu items with compelling details.
• Book and confirm reservations for Ty Bar and the Garden, ensuring timing matches availability.
• Relay guest orders to the kitchen via the hotel's POS system.
