Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia seeks a Communications Agent to join our Commercial team. You will be a key contact for guests, handling telephone, chat, email, and reservations with excellence, supporting guest engagement and seamless cross-department communication while upholding Four Seasons service standards.

In this role you will manage incoming calls, chat inquiries, and reservation processing, ensuring personalized guest experiences and timely responses to requests.

Qualifications

• Work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming PBX calls professionally and efficiently, directing guests to the appropriate department.
• Manage Four Seasons Chat communications and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner.
• Capture and process reservations for guest rooms, dining experiences, and spa services.
• Confirm and guarantee reservations while managing waitlisted bookings.
• Complete pre-arrival communications to ensure a personalized guest experience.
• Process reservation requests received through email from guests, travel partners, and colleagues.
• Coordinate reservation details accurately within internal systems.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and exceed guest expectations.
