• Guest requests logged and tracked in hotel systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phone and chat inquiries using guest names and route calls to extensions.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests, log using HotSos, Opera, Micros or similar systems.
• Describe in-room dining menu items with vivid, appealing details for guests.
• Book and confirm reservations for hotel venues and ensure timing aligns with availability.
• Relay guest orders and special requests to the kitchen via the POS system.
