Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in New York is seeking a Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences on a full-time, on-site basis. You will respond to guest requests with professionalism, offer local insights, arrange tickets and reservations, and coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of concierge experience in luxury hospitality, superb presentation and communication skills, and strong knowledge of NYC attractions and

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Concierge experience, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the local area and attractions.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of Opera and HotSOS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle wide range of guest requests with hospitality and professionalism; resolve issues.
• Provide information, ticketing, and reservations for local activities.
• Maintain desk collateral and information for local attractions.
• Input guest arrangements and ensure proper billing with software.
• Coordinate with Front Desk, Reservations, Bell and Valet teams to assist arrivals/departures.
