You will be the central contact for guest inquiries, ensuring hospitality and accurate service details, while collaborating with teams to deliver seamless guest experiences at a luxury resort.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, customer service, or hotel environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Excellent multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in English; learn multiple software systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional, friendly manner.
• Respond to guest inquiries via chat and route to departments.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, events, and local area.
• Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints with urgency.
