Four Seasons Philadelphia is seeking a Communications Agent to join our Commercial team. This role serves as a key point of contact for guests, creating exceptional experiences through telephone, chat, email, and reservation interactions.

The Communications Agent supports guest engagement, reservation conversions, and seamless communication across hotel departments while upholding Four Seasons service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional verbal communication skills (spoken).
• Professional written communication skills.
• Work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming PBX calls professionally and efficiently, directing guests to the appropriate department.
• Manage Four Seasons Chat communications and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner.
• Capture and process reservations for guest rooms, dining experiences, and spa services.
• Confirm and guarantee reservations while managing waitlisted bookings.
• Complete pre-arrival communications to ensure a personalized guest experience.
• Process reservation requests received through email from guests, travel partners, and colleagues.
• Coordinate reservation details accurately within internal systems.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and exceed guest expectations.
