Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels Limited in New York City is seeking a well-presented Concierge to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will respond to guest requests, provide local recommendations and coordinate services with other hotel teams to ensure smooth arrivals and departures.

Requirements include at least 2 years of concierge experience in luxury hospitality, strong communication skills, and proficiency with hotel software; Opera/HotSOS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Concierge experience in luxury hospitality.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive knowledge of local area and attractions.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Able to operate hotel computer systems; Opera/HotSOS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests with hospitality and professionalism and handle special requests.
• Provide information on local theatre, sports, events, and dining; arrange reservations.
• Maintain up-to-date desk collateral for local attractions and venues.
• Input guest arrangements accurately in software and ensure proper billing.
• Collaborate with Front Desk, Reservations, Door Staff, Bell Staff and Valet for smooth operations.
