Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at new TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work on-site, serving in-person and virtual TurboTax clients with a focus on full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice.

This role connects clients with a broader team of specialists, emphasizing a holistic financial picture and ongoing community engagement. On-site presence and local growth activities are essential components.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, minimum 20 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Assist with personal and business income, deductions optimization, and amendments; conduct tax reviews and planning.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally through outreach, events, and partnerships; collaborate with marketing tools and resources.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences for clients.
