Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert advice, serving both in-person and virtual clients.

You will grow the local client base, build relationships, and work with a network of specialists to deliver end-to-end support, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning. This is on-site and requires 20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Identify deductions, optimize taxes, and offer future tax planning guidance.
• Grow local client base and connect clients with Intuit ecosystem and services.
