Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team.

This on-site role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, personalized tax guidance, and seamless collaboration with a broader team of tax and financial professionals. You will engage with local clients, build lasting relationships, and drive growth within the community while leveraging TurboTax tools and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney preferred.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location for a minimum of 20 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to complete training and upskilling as required by Intuit.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience for a diverse client base.
