Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join TurboTax Local Service Expert roles in a TurboTax location within the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building local relationships and growing the client base.

You will work onsite, collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end services and a best-in-class customer experience across personal and business tax scenarios.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Familiar with Circular 230 and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Identify deductions, minimize liabilities, optimize tax outcomes, and plan for future taxes with clients.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach, events and partnerships.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll and advisory teams for end-to-end service.
