Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking ambitious TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, serving in-person and virtual clients with full-service tax return preparation and expert advice.

You will collaborate with tax specialists across business areas, build local relationships, drive growth, and deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience. Roles require on-site presence, training, and a focus on community engagement through workshops and events.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• At least 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, minimum 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and wear uniforms as directed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Facilitate deductions optimization, amendments, and tax planning with clear, everyday language.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local client base and lead local events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
