Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team, working on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation and expert guidance while connecting clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem for ongoing support.

You will build local relationships, grow client bases through community outreach, and provide personalized, high‑quality tax advice in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA orPracticing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training from Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business income, deductions, and amendments.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem products like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via Intuit tools.
