Sentral in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sales Specialist to lease homes and deliver exceptional resident experiences on-site. You’ll engage prospects, process applications, and coordinate with maintenance and marketing to showcase communities.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience and one year of apartment leasing experience (lease-up experience preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Uphold standards and provide excellent customer service to residents and guests.
• Oversee daily leasing responsibilities and coordinate welcoming new residents.
• Prepare lease applications and assist with verification of information; inform applicants of results.
• Advertise available homes and conduct property tours as part of marketing activities.
• Maintain and update records in the property management software in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and all applicable laws.
