RKW Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant for multi-site LEASE UP in Charlotte, NC. You will greet guests, show available units, and guide applicants through the leasing process to secure approvals and deposits.

The role requires two years of leasing experience, strong English communication, and solid computer skills to prepare leases, process applications, and coordinate with the Property Manager and marketing efforts across communities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required with two years of leasing experience.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English and provide excellent customer service.
• Strong leasing and closing skills with basic computer skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and community software.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and show units to prospects, maintaining high customer service.
• Prepare lease documents and process applications per policy.
• Follow up on daily traffic and secure deposits when appropriate.
• Maintain property knowledge and coordinate with Property Manager.
• Assist in marketing efforts, including social media ads and events.
